Bitterroot Motors Customer Rental Car Guidelines
Customers must provide current valid drivers license and proof of collision insurance.
- Customers must be at lease 25 years of age to use a rental vehicle
- Customer must provide a credit card for gas, mileage or damage/cleaning charges
- Customers will be chared $5.00 per gallon for fuel if vehicle is not returned with full fuel level
- Rental car credits are provided to bitterroot motors sales and active service customers for overnight repairs subject to availabiltiy. other service customers may obtain rental vehicles at the discounted service rate, again subject to availability.
- Customers are responsible for any vehicle damage or other costs while vehicle is in their posession (such as fuel). customers are expected to return vehicles in the same condition they received them in except for ordinary wear.
- Transporting animals in vehicles is prohibited (a $95.00 cleaning fee will be charged if necessary).
- Smoking is prohibited in vehicles (a $95.00 cleaning fee will be charged if necessary) + cabin filter, if needed.
- Vehicles must be returned within 24 hours of vehicle repairs being completed or scheduled date of return or customers will be charged the full price of the rental vehicle for each day late.
- A 4% sales tax will be charged on all rental vehicles paid for by customers, esp or extended warranties.
